Any orders placed that are below this value will be refunded in full.

 

UK Mainland Delivery Only.

 

We use the Royal Mail second-class recorded delivery service. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working day of being placed.

Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter.  Please ensure you enter the correct full address - you will be liable for further postage costs on parcels that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of despatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.

 

The purchase price includes charges for Packing and Delivery.

 

All items on the website are currently in stock.  However, if due to several orders for the same item within a short space of time, some items become out of stock then we will refund you the full amount for the items not currently in stock.

 

You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods.

 

To cancel your order, please write a letter or send an email stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation, including your full name, address, and item(s) ordered. Your parcel must be unopened and exactly as received and sent so that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that your order was delivered to you

If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 30 days.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty. If you do not return the item within seven working days, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
